Triple Wash
Every printed model goes through three separate cleaning baths to eliminate uncured resin and surface residue:
- Acetone bath (cold)
- Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) ultrasonic-bath at 40 °C
- Demineralized water ultrasonic-bath at 40 °C
This guarantees a perfectly clean and ready-to-cure surface.
Thermal Drying
After washing, each piece is dried in a temperature-controlled dehydrator at 40°C for 1 hour.
This prevents warping and ensures perfect stabilization before curing.
Controlled UV Curing
We cure every model in a custom-built UV chamber at 40 °C, ensuring 100% polymerization with no sticky surfaces, cracks, or weak spots. The result is a miniature that’s durable, sharp, and ready for handling or display.
Seamless Finish
Thanks to our advanced support removal technique, we minimize scarring and clean up any printing residue — so your model arrives:
