Disclaimer for 3D Printing Services
By uploading file(s) for our printing services, the user represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the content of the file(s). The user further confirms that the uploaded file(s) do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
The user agrees to assume full legal responsibility for any disputes arising from the printing of the uploaded file(s) and commits to indemnify and hold harmless UNERA sp. z o.o., owner of the brand 3D Miniature World and the portal miniatures3dprinting.com, from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from the violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.
UNERA sp. z o.o., owner of the brand 3D Miniature World and the portal miniatures3dprinting.com, reserves the right to refuse the printing of any file that, at its sole discretion, may violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Shipping
Shipping Timelines
Once your files are verified and prepared, we proceed with printing within 5 working days (provided no issues arise). After completion, the order is promptly checked and shipped. If any issue arise during the quality check, we’re going to reprint the models A.S.A.P. accordingly to our schedule.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs may vary based on destination and order size.
Customers may select between courier shipping for faster delivery or a more cost-effective international postal service.
All shipments are insured to ensure secure delivery of your models.

The exact shipping cost will always be displayed and selectable at checkout before finalizing your order.
For orders exceeding 2kg, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will notify you before proceeding with production. If you decide not to proceed, a full refund will be issued.
Customs & Import fees
As we are based in the European Union (EU), intra-EU shipments typically do not incur customs duties.
For shipments to the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US), most orders are processed without additional fees. However, in certain cases, local customs authorities may impose import duties or VAT.
• Most shipments to the US qualify under Section 321 (shipments valued under $800) and do not incur import duties.
• Most orders to the UK remain below the £135 threshold, reducing the likelihood of additional VAT charges.
Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customers are advised to check their local import regulations before placing an order.
Refund
We take quality seriously. If you encounter any defects or issues with your print, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include:

✔ A full refund if you are entirely unsatisfied
